Nouns Questions for Class 2 English Olympiad | Grade 2 IEO | Glovoy

Class 2 English 5 free questions · Updated March 2026

Nouns are the building blocks of every English sentence — they name people, places, things, feelings and ideas. In Class 2 IEO, nouns are tested across all four types: common, proper, collective and abstract. Bronze questions ask for direct identification. Silver questions test whether a child can pick the correct collective noun for a group of animals or spot an abstract noun in a sentence. Gold questions count every noun in a complex sentence, including abstract nouns — the type children most often miss.
