Pronouns Questions for Class 2 English Olympiad | Grade 2 IEO | Glovoy

Class 2 English 5 free questions · Updated March 2026

Pronouns replace nouns to avoid repetition — without them, every sentence would repeat names over and over. Class 2 IEO tests subject pronouns (I, he, she, they), object pronouns (me, him, her, them), possessive pronouns (my, his, her, their) and reflexive pronouns (myself, herself, himself). Bronze questions identify a pronoun in a sentence. Silver questions test agreement between a pronoun and the noun it replaces. Gold questions check for the correct form in complex sentences where the same person is both subject and object.

Which sentence uses the correct pronoun?

A Me and Rohan went to school together.
B Rohan and I went to school together.
C Rohan and me went to school together.
D Me and him went to school together.
▶ Show Answer

Replace the nouns with pronouns: 'Priya gave Priya's book to Priya's friend.' Which option is correct?

A She gave her book to her friend.
B She gave she's book to she's friend.
C Her gave her book to her friend.
D She gave hers book to her friend.
▶ Show Answer

Correct: A) She gave her book to her friend.
