Before you email about a bug
- The email address registered on your Glovoy account
- Your device and OS version (e.g. iPhone 14, iOS 17.5)
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead
- A screenshot if you have one
For subscription questions: refunds for App Store and Play Store purchases go through Apple's and Google's refund flows directly. We can't process those, but we can guide you through it.
